Biography
Dr. Aurick Mubita is a Lecturer of Sociology in the Department of Social Work and Sociology. He holds a PhD in Sociology from Lingnan University, Hong Kong and an Advanced Master of Science degree in Globalisation and Development from Antwerp University, Belgium. His research focuses on masculinities, fatherhood, contemporary parenting approaches, gender and family, and urban informal economy. Methodologically, he is interested in qualitative methods and participatory approaches to development.
